新工科背景下化学工程专业学位研究生创新人才培养模式探索 被引量:6

Exploration on Innovative Talents Cultivation Mode for Professional Degree Postgraduate of Chemical Engineering under the Background New Engineering

摘要 随着"中国制造2025"战略目标的深入推进,急需加快新工科建设和构建创新人才培养模式,为新一轮科技革命与产业变革提供人才保障。在分析现有专业学位研究生存在问题和新工科背景下对人才能力要求的基础上,从培养目标制定、导师队伍发展、课程设置和实践基地建设等四个方面构建了以创新和实践能力培养为核心的中国矿业大学江苏省优势学科--化学工程专业学位硕士研究生创新人才培养模式。以期通过本培养模式的实施实现化工技术人才创新和实践能力的紧密结合,满足"中国制造2025"对化工高层次应用型人才的需求。 With the deepening of the strategic goal of "Made in China 2025",it is urgent to accelerate the construction of new engineering and construct innovative talent training mode for providing talent guarantee to a new round of scientific and technological revolution.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of professional degree postgraduates and the requirement of talented ability under the background of new engineering,we constructed the innovative talent training mode of professional degree postgraduate for chemical engineering of China university of mining and technology,a priority academic program development of Jiangsu higher education institute.The innovative talent training mode is mainly constructed from four aspects including establishment of training objectives,development of graduate advisor team,course setting,and construction of practice base,and focus on innovation and practical ability training.We hope to realize the close combination of innovation and practical ability of chemical technology talents,and meet the demand of "Made in China 2025" for high-level chemical talents through the implementation of this training mode.
