Study on Improving English Teaching for Food Science and Engineering Specialty in Ethnic College

本文分析了民族地区地方本科院校食品科学与工程专业英语教学模式现状,指出其来源于学生和教师两方面学与教的问题,并提出了改善学生学习兴趣、效率的具体建议。

In this paper we have reported the condition of English teaching for food science and engineering specialty in ethnic college.The methods of student 's study and teacher's teaching are also play impotent role in English teaching. To improve interesting,motivation,efficiency of student's study as well as teacher's teaching,we have suggested practice method.
