泥炭拟青霉菌复合制剂对水体中锰离子吸附特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济的高速发展,地表水污染日益严重。地下水中往往含有高浓度的锰离子,严重影响了人们对于地下水的使用,尤其对水产养殖业产生了负面影响。本文利用经富里酸提取后的泥炭和从富里酸中筛选的拟青霉菌制备泥炭拟青霉菌复合制剂,主要考察了该复合制剂的用量、吸附时间、溶液pH值、锰离子初始浓度对复合制剂吸附锰离子作用的影响,结果表明,当泥炭拟青霉菌复合制剂投放量为9g/L、吸附时间为35min、溶液pH值=6、初始锰离子浓度为10mg/L时,复合制剂对溶液中锰离子的吸附效果最好,锰离子去除率高达88.44%。 With the rapid development of economy,surface water pollution is more and more serious.The high concentration of Mn(Ⅱ) ions in groundwater has seriously affected the use of groundwater,especially aquaculture industry.In this paper,peat Paecilomyces composite preparation was prepared by peat after fulvic acid extracted and Paecilomyces screened from fulvic acid,the effects of the dosage of the composite preparation,adsorption time,solution pH,initial concentration of Mn(Ⅱ) ions on the adsorption of composite preparation were investigated.The results showed that peat Paecilomyces composite preparation had the best adsorption effect and the maximum removal rate of Mn(Ⅱ) ions was 88.44% at peat Paecilomyces composite preparation 9g/L,adsorption time 35min,pH value 6,and initial concentration of Mn(Ⅱ) ions 10mg/L.
