新建本科院校人才培养的同质性与异质性探究——以厦门理工学院为例

Research on the Homogeneity and Heterogeneity of Talent Cultivation in Newly Established Undergraduate Colleges——Taking Xiamen University of Technology as an Example

摘要 新建本科院校是我国高等教育大众化的主要承担者。近年来,厦门理工学院的办学经验证明,在人才培养的目标定位、专业设置、培养方案设计以及具体的教育实践中,正确处理本科人才培养的“同质性”和“异质性”关系,能较好避免被传统本科高校“同化”或失去本科教育质量基准的自我异化,办出此类高校的特色和一流水平,呈现出又好又快的可持续发展趋势。 Newly established undergraduate colleges are the main undertakers of the popularization of higher education in China. In recent years,Xiamen University of Technology s experience in running schools has proved that the relationship between “homogeneity” and “heterogeneity” in the training of undergraduate talents has been correctly handled in terms of target orientation,professional setting,training program design and specific educational practices.It can avoid the self-alienation of “assimilation” by traditional undergraduate universities or the loss of the standard of undergraduate education quality,and set up the characteristics and first-class level of such universities,showing a good and fast trend of sustainable development.
