摘要 外泌体广泛存在于各种体液中,是一种由细胞主动分泌的膜囊泡,直径为40~100nm。外泌体中包含的生物大分子积极参与肿瘤细胞间的信息传递,参与并调控肿瘤的发生、发展。研究表明,将外泌体作为肿瘤检测的生物标记物是一种更加灵敏、准确的肿瘤诊断方法,且外泌体的结构和粒径赋予其天然的载药优势,是一种前景广阔的靶向药物载体。本文从外泌体的结构和功能入手,详细综述国内外关于外泌体在肿瘤靶向诊疗及药物传递系统开发中的研究进展。 Exosome is a kind of membrane vesicle that is actively secreted by cells and widely present in various body fluids, with a diameter between 40 and 100 nm.The biomacromolecules contained in exosomes are important media to convey information between tumor cells.Exosomes also play an important role in regulating genesis and growth of tumors.Using exosomes as biomarkers for tumor detection is a more sensitive and accurate method for tumor diagnosis. Exosomes possess a natural drug-loading advantage because of their particular structure and particle size,so they are a promising target drug carrier.This article starts with the structure and function of exosomes,and reviews the research progress of exosomes in the development of tumor targeted diagnosis and drug delivery system.
