涤纶与PET/PTT复合纤维基本性能比较

摘要 对PET/PTT复合纤维和涤纶的卷缩性、力学性能等进行了测试,并进行分析对比。实验结果表明:PET/PTT复合纤维卷曲收缩率、卷曲模量、卷曲稳定度、紧缩伸长率及紧缩弹性回复率均比涤纶纤维高得多,其卷曲性能和恢复能力明显优于涤纶;涤纶长丝的断裂强度比PET/PTT复合纤维高,但PET/PTT复合纤维的断裂伸长率明显大于涤纶长丝,即PET/PTT复合纤维比涤纶长丝的延展性更好,具有良好的尺寸稳定性。
