摘要
介绍了一种基于国网重庆市电力公司非公开招标物资采购管理平台的离线投标工具软件的开发与设计,从实际使用可知,招投标各方使用效果良好,具有一定的推广应用价值。
This paper introduces the development and design of the off-line bidding software tool based on the non-public bidding supplies purchasing management platform of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company,the use of which shows its effectiveness in both invitation for bids and bidding as well as its value in application and dissemination.
