“法治中国”背景下我国高校法治教育的演进与完善

The Evolution and Improvement of Law-related Education in China’s University with the Background of the Rule of Law in China

我国高校法治教育不仅是法学知识的灌输,更是法治思维和精神的培育。通过分析高校法治教育历经的“三方面三层次”的演变发展,发现当前高校法治教育存在诸多问题和不足。为了实现全面依法治国,建设社会主义法治中国的目标,应重新审视法治教育,通过构建“法育”体系,拓宽高校法治教育的渠道,创建“互联网+法治教育”的学习平台,提升法治教育师资队伍素质等方面不断完善,从而切实提高大学生的法治素养并培育其现代的法治思维和精神。

Law- related Education of University in China is not only to instill the knowledge of law, but to cultivate legal thinking and spirit. This paper set up some measures to improve the legal literacy and cultivate the modern legal thinking and spirit, based on constructing the system of legal education, broadening the method, and creating the study platform of law-related education online.
