摘要
某型客车采用双摆臂扭簧结构的前悬,在使用过程当中发生前悬下摆臂扭簧座断裂的情况。利用当前CAE仿真的主流软件ABQUS,根据此问题建立了包含扭簧座的前悬下摆臂有限元模型,然后提取断裂构件的边界内力,施加在边界端,最后进行仿真计算。计算结果显示,出现的高应力区与实际的断裂区域有较好的吻合,从而验证了CAE仿真技术在实际工程中的应用具有可靠性。
A type of passenger car adopts the front suspension of the double swing arm torsion spring structure, and the front swing suspension arm torsion spring seat breaks during use. Using the current CAE simulation of the mainstream software ABQUS, according to this problem, the finite element model of the front overhang and underarm of the torsion spring seat was established. Then the internal force of the boundary of the fractured component was extracted and applied to the boundary end. Finally, the simulation calculation was performed. The calculation results show that there is a good agreement between the high stress area and the actual fracture area, which verifies that the application of CAE simulation technology in practical engineering is reliable.
