摘要
增加挡位数可以提高汽车的动力性和改善燃油经济性,且多档位已成为自动变速器的发展趋势。在01M-AT结构后面串联一个行星排形成一个新的结构,能够设计新6速自动变速器的动力传动方案。由于原有杠杆法的局限性,不能分析新的结构,因此,对原有的杠杆法进行拓展。利用拓展的杠杆法对新结构进行分析,设计出新6速自动变速器的动力传递方案。通过验证,拓展的杠杆法是准确、可行的。
Increasing the number of gears can improve the power of the car and improve fuel economy, and multigear has become the development trend of automatic transmissions. A planetary structure is placed in series behind the 01M-AT structure to create a new structure that can be used to design a new 6-speed automatic transmission. Due to the limitations of the original leverage method, it is impossible to analyze the new structure, so the original leverage method is expanded. Using the extended leverage method to analyze the new structure, the power transmission scheme of the new 6-speed automatic transmission was designed. Through verification, the extended leverage method is accurate and feasible.
