坚强内固定在口腔颌面外科治疗患者中的应用价值

Analysis value of rigid internal fixation in treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery

目的探讨坚强内固定在口腔颌面外科治疗患者中的应用价值。方法将120例颌面部骨折患者分为2组,每组60例。对照组给予常规骨间钢丝结扎固定术,研究组给予坚强内固定术。术后随访6个月,比较2组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗优良率96.67%,显著高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间、骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率1.67%,显著低于对照组13.33%(P=0.037)。结论应用坚强内固定术治疗颌面部骨折患者效果显著,可增强疗效,缩短住院时间、骨折愈合时间,且并发症少。

Objective To explore the value of rigid internal fixation in treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Totally 120 patients with maxillofacial fractures were divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine interosseous wire ligation and fixation, while the study group was treated with rigid internal fixation. The patients were followed up for 6 months, and the efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 83.33% in the control group ( P <0.05). The hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was 1.67%, which was significantly lower than 13.33% in the control group ( P =0.037). Conclusion Application of rigid internal fixation is effective in the treatment ofpatients with maxillofacial fracture, which can enhance the curative effect, shorten the hospitalization time and fracture healing time, and has fewer complications.
