保妇康联合冷冻治疗对宫颈炎患者细胞免疫功能及临床疗效的影响

Effect of Baofukang combined with cryotherapy on cellular immune function and clinical efficacy in patients with cervicitis

目的 探讨保妇康联合冷冻治疗对宫颈炎患者细胞免疫功能及临床疗效的影响。方法 选择收治的宫颈炎患者124例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组给予患者宫颈冷冻术治疗,观察组给予患者保妇康联合冷冻治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、T淋巴细胞亚群等指标。结果 观察组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);阴道分泌物减少时间、脓性出血时间、下腹或腰骶疼痛减轻时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 保妇康联合冷冻治疗有助于改善宫颈炎患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,可能与调节细胞免疫功能等因素有关。

Objective To investigate the effect of Baofukang combined with cryotherapy on cellular immune function and clinical efficacy in patients with cervicitis. Methods A total of 124 patients with cervicitis were selected as study subjects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cervical cryotherapy, while the observation group was treated with Baofukang combined with cryotherapy. The clinical efficacy, time of clinical symptoms improvement and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05);the time of vaginal secretion reduction, purulent bleeding, lower abdominal or lumbosacral pain relief was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P < 0.05 or P <0.01);the T lymphocyte subsets (CD3^+, CD4^+, CD4^+/CD8^+) were significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Baofukang combined with cryotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of patients with cervicitis, which may be related to the regulation of cellular immune function and other factors.
