康复护理干预对脑梗死患者生活质量的改善效果

Effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the improvement of quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨脑梗死患者护理中康复护理干预价值以及生活质量的改善效果。方法将100例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组行常规护理干预,实验组行康复护理干预,观察2组患者临床疗效、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果实验组总有效率94.00%高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);实验组总满意度96.00%高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。2组护理后,实验组神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分和Barthel指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者护理过程施行康复护理干预,可以提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量,取得较高的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the value of rehabilitation nursing intervention and its effect on the improvement of quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups: control group( n =50) and experimental group ( n =50), given routine nursing intervention and rehabilitation nursing intervention, respectively. The clinical efficacy, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(94.00% vs. 76.00%, P <0.05), and total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(96.00% vs. 78.00%, P <0.05). After nursing, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score and Barthel index of the experimental group were better than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve clinical curative effect as well as quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction for cerebral infarction patients.
