摘要
采煤机在工作情况下的振动信号为低频信号,实际应用中采用低通滤波器滤除高频的噪声信号以得到有用信号,这对采煤机振动信号的后期处理、机身振动情况的判断具有重要作用。文章研究FIR数字滤波器的几种设计方法,认为参考窗函数法FIR滤波器的阶数,采用切比雪夫逼近法对采煤机振动信号进行滤波较好。
Vibration signal of coalcutter is low-frequency when it works.So in practice low pass filter is used to remove high-frequency noise and to get useful signal.That’s of great significance for the late processing of vibration signal of coalcutter and the estimating of coalcutter’s vibration situation.This paper researches several kinds of designing methods for FIR digital filter,and concludes that FIR digital filter designed by Chebyshev approximation method is better for vibration signal of coalcutter,referencing the order of digital filter by window function method.
