基于服务地方经济发展的高职英语教学创新研究

Research on the innovation of higher vocational English teaching based on the service of local economic development

分析了地方经济发展对高职英语教学的要求,指出当前部分高职英语教学服务地方经济发展存在的不足,主要包括课程体系不够完善、教学模式较落后、校企合作与师资队伍建设存在不足等。并就高职英语教学更好地服务地方经济发展提出创新策略,包括构建以能力为导向的高职英语课程体系,创新高职英语教育教学模式,深化校企合作,建立完善的产学研结合机制,并加强师资队伍建设,打造“双师型”教师队伍等内容。

This paper analyzes the requirements of local economic development for higher vocational English teaching,and points out the shortcomings of the current local economic development of some higher vocational English teaching services,including the imperfect curriculum system,the backward teaching mode,the lack of school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of teaching staff.content.It also proposes innovative strategies for better vocational English teaching to better serve local economic development,including building a competency-oriented vocational English curriculum system,innovating higher vocational English education teaching mode,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,establishing a sound combination of production,study and research and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff to create a "double-type" teaching team.
