Discussion on the Periodicity of Moon Phase and Menstruation from the Angle of Yin and Yang and Etiology Pathogenesis and Treatment of Menstrual-Related Acne

本文从阴阳变化的角度分析了月相的周期变化规律,肯定了阳气在这一规律中所起的主导作用,通过分析认为月相的变化规律与月经周期规律关系密切,具有内在的一致性,并通过月相的阴阳变化规律分析了月经周期内人体阴阳气血的变化规律,认为月经前阳气旺盛是导致痤疮加重的根本原因,同时根据这一病因进一步探讨了月经相关性痤疮的病机与治疗。

This paper analyzes the periodic variation of the moon phase from the perspective of yin and yang changes.It affirms the leading role of yang qi in this law.According to the analysis, it is considered that the relationship between the change rule of the moon phase and the regularity of the menstrual cycle is intrinsically consistent.The change rule of yin and yang in menstrual cycle was analyzed through the change rule of yin and yang in moon phase.It is believed that the root cause of acne aggravation is the vigorous yang qi before menstruation.At the same time, according to this cause, the pathogenesis and treatment of menstrual-related acne were further discussed.
