活血化瘀汤联合按摩治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀55例

Huoxue Huayu Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage in Treating Limb Swelling In Late Stage of Bone Injury for 55 Cases

目的探究活血化瘀汤联合中医按摩治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年6月骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者110例,随机分为行常规西医治疗的对照组和行活血化瘀汤联合中医按摩治疗的试验组,各55例。对比疗效。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;试验组肿胀消除时间、住院时间及肢体疼痛评分均小于对照组,P<0.05;2组骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者在治疗过程中未出现明显肝功能损害等不良反应。结论活血化瘀汤联合中医按摩治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者疗效显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛,缩短治疗时间且未见不良反应发生。

Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with TCM massage on limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury.Methods 110 patients with limb swelling after bone injury were randomly divided into control group (n=55) treated with conventional western medicine and experimental group (n=55) treated with Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The swelling elimination time, hospitalization time and limb pain score in the experimental group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions such as liver function damage in the late stage of bone injury in the two groups.Conclusion Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage has a remarkable effect on the treatment of limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury, which can effectively relieve pain, shorten the treatment time and have no adverse reactions.
