补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑梗后遗症的随机平行对照试验

Randomized Parallel Controlled Trial of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction

目的系统性评价中医古方补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑梗后遗症患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2017年6月—2018年6月于我院门诊及病房收治的脑梗死后遗症患者50例,入组病例采取信封法随机分组。对照组25例,一般治疗联合针刺康复治疗;试验组25例,在对照组基础上应用补阳还五汤加减口服。观察2组患者的治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分改善率及中医证候疗效情况。结果试验组痊愈:8(32%),显效:6(24%),有效:6(24%),无效:5(20%)。对照组:痊愈:4(16%),显效:7(28%),有效:3(12%),无效:11(44%)。中医证候改善情况:试验组:显效:12(48%),有效:10(40%),无效:3(12%),对照组:显效:10(40%),有效:7(28%),无效:8(32%),试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对中风后遗症患者应用补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗,临床效果优异,可以改善患者神经功能,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction (BYHWD) combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods 50 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method.25 patients in the control group were treated with general therapy combined with acupuncture rehabilitation.25 patients in the experimental group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction oral administration on the basis of the control group.The patients in the two groups were observed.Improvement rate of neurological deficit score and curative effect of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed.Results In the experimental group, 8 (32%) were cured, 6 (24%) were markedly effective, 6 (24%) were effective, and 5 (20%) were ineffective.In the control group, 4 (16%) were cured, 7 (28%) were markedly effective, 3 (12%) were effective and 11 (44%) were ineffective.Improvement of TCM syndromes: the experimental group: effective: 12 (48%), effective: 10 (40%), ineffective: 3 (12%).In the control group: effective: 10 (40%), effective: 7 (28%), ineffective: 8 (32%).The experimental group was better than the control group, and there had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture has excellent clinical effect in treating sequelae of apoplexy.It can improve neurological function and quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
