补阳还五汤对高血压合并脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响

The Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Hemodynamics in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨补阳还五汤对高血压合并脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取66例高血压合并脑梗死患者,随机分成2组,各33例。对照组患者予以贝那普利5mg,qd;试验组在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗,日1剂,水煎服,2组患者均治疗3个月。比较治疗前后血流动力学、认知功能及神经功能评分,观察其临床疗效及安全性。结果与对照组比较,试验组治疗后LVEF、CO、SV水平、MMSE评分、Barthel指数较高,LVESV、LVEDV水平、NIHSS评分较低(P<0.05),临床疗效较高(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤对高血压合并脑梗死患者有较好的疗效,能改善患者的认知功能和血流动力学指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on hemodynamics in patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction.Methods 66 hypertensive patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to random number table, 33 cases in each group.The control group received benazepril 5mg, qd, and the experimental group received more with Buyang Huanwu decoction, qd.2 groups were treated for 3 months.The hemodynamics, cognitive function and neurological function scores were compared before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy and safety were recorded.Results Compared with the control group, the levels of LVEF, CO, SV, MMSE score and Barthel index in the experimental group were higher, while the levels of LVESV, LVEDV and NIHSS were lower (P<0.05), and the clinical effective rate was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction has better curative effect on hypertension patients with cerebral infarction, can improve cognitive function and hemodynamic indexes of patients.
