基于逆针灸运用手足十二针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的进展

Progress on Hand-Foot-Twelve-Needle in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Based on Preventive Acupuncture

非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)与代谢综合征、脑卒中密切相关,目前尚没有标准化的治疗方案。本文旨在从中西医角度分析,把握疾病的发展传变规律,以中医治未病理念为指导,基于逆针灸思路提出运用具有调和阴阳、通经活络、调气和血、清热开窍之功能的“手足十二针”针灸方案治疗本病,能够起到治疗NAFLD,及时截断疾病传变途径的作用,并举例说明分析。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is closely related to metabolic syndrome and stroke, and there is no standardized treatment.From the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine, grasped the development of disease transmission law, and guided by the idea of preventive treatment of disease, hand-foot-twelve-needle has the function of reconciling the yin and yang, the circulation, regulating qi and blood, clearing the heat, and inducing resuscitation.Based on the idea of preventive acupuncture, hand-foot-twelve-needle can treat NAFLD and stop the transmission of disease in time, then illustrated in the end.
