城市化进程中的环城圈区域农作物发展述略——以近代天津郊县的蔬菜作物为例

The Development of Crops in the Areas around the City in the Process of Urbanization——Taking the Vegetable Crops in Modern Tianjin Suburbs as an Example

在近代天津城乡关系史的研究中,天津城市变迁对周边区域农作物商品化发展影响的研究尚属薄弱环节。文章以城乡经济关系为观察视角,通过对天津城市与周边区域的蔬菜商品交易以及对周边区域蔬菜种植、加工、销售的初步考察,揭示了大城市的近代化进程对周边区域市场发展的促进及对其经济发展的积极影响。

In the study of the history of urban-rural relations in modern Tianjin, the study on the impact of urban changes in Tianjin on the commercialization of crops in surrounding areas is still weak. Taking the urban-rural economic relationship as an observational perspective, the paper reveals the positive impact of the modernization process of the big cities on the economic development of the surrounding areas and the interaction between them through the preliminary investigation of vegetable commodity transactions between Tianjin city and its surrounding areas and the cultivation, processing and sales of vegetables in surrounding areas.
