Bench work is a highly skilled manual work, and filing is the most basic and important operation method in bench work. The quality of the file reflects the skill level of the fitter to some extent, as one of the most basic contents in the cutting process of bench work, flat file can more directly test whether the bench worker's basic skills are solid or not. This paper first analyzes the common problems in flat file cutting and puts forward the corresponding solving measures and methods.
