摘要
通过分析职业学校实习指导教师的现状和特点,总结出他们的成长规律,理顺培养机制,探讨和研究职业学校实习指导教师的培养模式,从而提高其综合水平。
By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of the internship instructors in vocational schools, this paper summarizes their growth rules, rationalizes the training mechanism, and discusses and studies the training mode of the internship instructors in vocational schools, so as to improve their comprehensive level.
