工匠精神融入政府工作的内在机理与逻辑路径

Internal Mechanism and Logical Path of Integrating the Craftsman Spirit into Government Work

历久弥新的工匠精神,其主要内涵包括“乐在其中”的探索精神、“一花一世界”的哲学信仰以及“用户至上”的服务意识。工匠精神不只是制造业的“专利”,也是全社会一致追求的“普遍精神”。其中,把工匠精神融入政府工作,十分重要。就工匠精神融入政府工作的内在根据来说,相比西方国家所推崇的企业家精神,工匠精神更适合我国政治国情。就社会诉求来说,工匠精神能够在世界观和方法论两个层面建设更高水平的服务型政府。就逻辑路径来说,只有从担当主体、融入方法和梗阻化解三个层面出发,才能在政府领域厚植工匠精神。

The unfading craftsman spirit has the connotations of “enjoying it” exploration,“one flower and one world” philosophical belief and “customer first” service consciousness. The spirit is not the “patent” of manufacturing industry, but the “universal spirit” pursued by the whole society, and it is necessary to integrate the spirit into government work. As for the internal basis for the integration, the spirit is, compared with the entrepreneurial spirit praised by western countries, more suitable for China’s political conditions. In terms of the social appeal, the spirit can help to build a higher level of service-oriented government from the aspects of world view and methodology. And with regard to the logical path, only starting from the three aspects of undertaking main body, integrating method and obstruction removing can the spirit be successively integrated into government work.
