现代学徒制船舶类专业人才培养模式的实践与探索

Exploration of Shipping Professional Talents Training Mode based on Modern Apprenticeship

按照“工学结合、岗位成才”的原则,对船舶类专业开展现代学徒制试点工作,从制定人才培养模式、开发专业课程体系、构建学徒制的管理制度、校企共同打造双导师教学团队四个方面入手,构建了一套行之有效的现代学徒制育人模式,提出了现代学徒制实施推进过程中遇到的问题并提出了相应对策。

According to the principle of "work-study combination and post-success", the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system is carried out for ship majors. A set of effective modern apprenticeship education model is constructed from four aspects: formulating talent training model, developing professional curriculum system, constructing apprenticeship management system, and jointly building a double-quality teaching team by schools and enterprises.
