Formulation of Post Standards for Hull Assembly Workers under Modern Apprenticeship Talents Training Mode

现代学徒制人才培养工作中,合作企业对学生(学徒)未来的岗位要求是人才培养的目标,而校企合作制定的岗位标准是现代学徒制人才培养工作的重要基础。本文以船舶工程技术专业现代学徒制试点工作为例,简述了现代学徒制人才培养模式下船体装配工岗位标准的制定过程和相关研究。

In modern apprenticeship, the goal of talents training is to meet the job requirements of enterprises, and the post standards created jointly by school and enterprise is the important foundation for talents training.This article takes trial work of modern apprenticeship in Ship Engineering major for example and sketches the hull assemblers’ post standards setting and relevant studies in modern apprenticeship model.
