中等职业教育招生中家长阻力的成因解析与对策研究

Causes of Parental Resistance in Secondary Vocational Education Enrollment and Countermeasures

在当前国家大力发展职业教育的背景下,中等职业教育相继推出了免学费、发放补助等惠民政策。然而家长对这些政策的反应却是阻抗,家长阻抗的方式是:不愿让孩子读中职。家长的阻抗使得我国中职招生面临前所未有的艰难境遇,生源短缺成为制约中等职业教育发展的一大难题。本文从主观和客观两个方面分析了家长成为中职招生阻力的原因,并根据这些原因阐述了将家长阻力转化为动力的途径。

With the great development of vocational education, the policy of free tuition, subsidies and other benefits are offered to students in secondary vocational schools. However, the parents’ response to these policies is impedance. The way of parents’ impedance is that they are unwilling to let their children go to secondary vocational school. The impedance of parents makes the recruitment of secondary vocational students in China face unprecedented difficulties. The shortage of students has become a major problem restricting the development of secondary vocational education. This paper analyses the causes of parental resistance from both subjective and objective aspects, and puts forward some countermeasures.
