本文分析了PTT培训师培训的设计理念,针对职业院校教学存在的问题,将PTT培训的课程体系、案例融于当代职业技术教育的体系之中,有益于高等职业院校教学质量的提高,有益于实习实训基地的建设与发展。

This paper analyses the design concept of Professional Trainer Training(PTT). In view of the problems existing in the teaching of vocational colleges, the PTT curriculum system and cases are integrated into the contemporary vocational and technical education system, which is beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges and the construction of practice training bases.
