摘要
职业核心能力即人适应世界变化的能力,包含有八个模块:与人交流、数字应用、信息处理、与人合作、自我学习、解决问题、创新革新、应用外语。项目教学是师生以团队合作的形式共同实施某个完整的“项目”工作而进行的教学活动,是“能力为本,学生为中心”的新型教学模式,有利于“双核”人才的培养。按照五步教学法恰当设置并实施职业核心能力项目课程,全方位提升了交通高职学生的职业核心能力。
Vocational core competence is the ability of people to adapt to the changes of the world. It includes eight modules: social communication, digital application, information processing, teamwork, independent learning, problem solving, innovation, and foreign language skill. Project teaching is a teaching activity for teachers and students to implement a complete "project" work through team cooperation. It is a new "ability-based, student-centered" teaching mode, in which the five-step teaching method will help promote students’ core vocational ability.
