摘要
3D打印技术作为一种快速成型技术迅猛发展,并且正迅速改变着人们的生产生活方式。文章简要的说明了锂离子电池的发展需求和3D打印技术在该领域的优势,并且对3D打印电极材料以及国内外3D打印锂电池的发展现状进行了比较系统的介绍。最后,基于制备高能量密度和高功率密度的锂离子电池,分析了现今所存在的问题及发展方向,并对未来锂电池的制造与产业发展进行了前景展望。
As a rapid prototyping manufacturing,3D printing technology has got sound momentum and is rapidly changing people s production and lifestyle.The development needs of lithium-ion batteries and the technical advantages of 3D printing technology in this field were briefly described,and a systematic introduction was conducted to the development of 3D printed electrode materials and 3D printed lithium batteries at home and abroad.Finally,based on the preparation of lithium-ion batteries with high energy density and high power density,the existing problems and development directions were analyzed,and the future manufacturing and industrial development of lithium-ion batteries were prospected.
