摘要
目的 探讨大学生学习倦怠的现状及其与自我概念之间的相关关系。方法 采用大学生学习倦怠量表和大学生自我概念量表对224名大学生进行调查,以spss22.0分析学习倦怠与自我概念的相关关系。结果 大学生学习倦怠现状总体处于中等程度;大学生自我概念与学习倦怠各分量表及其总量表之间存在显著的负相关(P<0.05);大学生自我概念对学习倦怠各分量表及其总量表具有较好的预测作用(P<0.001)。结论 大学生自我概念直接影响其学业倦怠,且自我概念越高,学业倦怠越低。
Objective To explore the status quo of college students learning burnout and its correlation with self-concept. Methods A survey of 224 college students was conducted by using college students learning burnout scale and college students self-concept scale,and spss22.0 was used to analyze the correlation between learning burnout and self-concept. Results The current situation of college students learning burnout is at a moderate level.There was a significant negative correlation between college students self-concept and learning burnout( P <0.05).College students self-concept has a good prediction effect on learning burnout subscales and their total scales( P <0.001). Conclusion College students self-concept directly influences their burnout,and the higher the self-concept is,the lower the burnout will be.
