摘要
6号汽轮发电组高压转子1号、2号轴承在运行中出现突发性轴振动大现象,振动趋势与负荷有关。查看汽轮机组在线振动分析系统,发现轴振动波动主要为25Hz的半频分量,分析原因为蒸汽激振引起的轴承稳定性不足。利用停机机会解体检查轴承,发现轴承松动、轴承顶部间隙超标、轴承载荷异常等问题,通过采取重新校正等措施提高了轴承稳定性,机组启动后高压转子1号、2号轴承轴振降至合格范围,消除了6号机组高压转子汽流激振引发的突发性轴振大的问题。
The sudden shaft vibration appeared in the No.1 and No.2 bearing of unit 6 during operation.The vibration trend was related to the unit load.Through the analysis result of the vibration spectrum,it could be manifested that vibration of the high pressure rotor is the 25 Hz vibration.Accordingly,the causes were insufficient stability of bearings and steam flow excited vibration.In the maitenance during shutdown of the unit 6,many cracks were found in the high pressure bearing,such as bearing loosening,excessive clearance at the top of bearings,abnormal load of bearings,etc.The measures were taken to improve the stability of bearings,and the sudden shaft vibration fault was eliminated.
