蝙蝠葛活性成分抑制人肺癌A-549裸小鼠移植瘤 被引量:1

Anti-tumor Effect of Menispermum Dauricum Used Nude Mice Which Transplanted Human Lung Cancer A-549 Cells in Vivo

摘要 目的 研究蝙蝠葛活性成分对人肺癌A-549裸小鼠移植瘤抑制作用。方法 将动物进行随机分为4个组:阴性对照组(加入蝙蝠葛活性成分的药物溶剂Na2CO3),为12只;阳性对照组(加入丝裂霉素),为6只;蝙蝠葛活性成分低剂量组,为6只;蝙蝠葛活性成分高剂量组,为6只。每周两次使用游标卡尺测量裸鼠移植瘤的长度和宽度,动态观察裸鼠移植瘤的生长情况,并计算其体积,以此绘出裸鼠移植瘤生长曲线图,同时称取小鼠的体重。结果 蝙蝠葛活性成分低剂量组的T/C值为68.4%,对裸小鼠移植瘤的生长无明显地抑制作用;蝙蝠葛活性成分高剂量组的T/C值为58.8%,并P<0.05,故可以认为对裸小鼠移植瘤的生长具有抑制作用。各实验组裸鼠生长情况良好,蝙蝠葛活性成分实验组体重均有增加,与对照组裸鼠无明显差异,丝裂霉素组体重相对较轻。结论 蝙蝠葛活性成分对人肺癌A-549细胞裸小鼠移植瘤具有生长抑制作用。 Objective To shtudy the anti-tumor effects Menispermum Dauricum used nude mice which transplanted human lung cancer A-549 cells in vivo. Methods We used nude mice which subcutanelously transplanted human lung cancer A-549 cells to detect the anti-tumor effect of menispermum dauricum in vivo. Results The value of T/C in low dosage of menispermum dauricum group was 68.4%.It was indicated that low dosage of menispermum dauricum did not have anti-tumor effect.The value of T/C in high dosage of menispermum dauricum group was 58.8%,and P <0.05,it showed anti-tumor effect,and there were no obvious side effects.The value of T/C in MMC group was 6.0%,it showed remarkable anti-tumor effect,but mice in this group experienced weight loss. Conclusion Menispermum dauricum has anti-tumor effect in vivo.
