密骨胶囊治疗乳腺癌芳香化酶抑制剂相关骨关节症状的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Migu Capsule on Aromatase Inhibitor Associated Musculosketetal Symptoms of Postmenopausal Women with Breast Cancer

目的 探讨密骨胶囊治疗乳腺癌芳香化酶抑制剂相关骨关节症状(AIMSS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将64例芳香化酶抑制剂相关骨关节症状绝经后乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组常规西药治疗,同时服用钙尔奇D,观察组在对照组基础上服用密骨胶囊,治疗3个月,观察比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果 观察组、对照组总有效率分别为90.63%、75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组各临床症候改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36健康状况调查量表评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论密骨胶囊治疗AIMSS有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of the Migu Capsule in the treatment of aromatase inhibitor associated musculosketetal symptoms(AIMSS) of post-menopausal women with breast cancer. Methods A total of 64 patients with aromatase inhibitor associated musculosketetal symptoms were enrolled in this study.The subjects were divided into the control group ( n =32) and the treatment group ( n =32) randomly.The control group was assigned to calcium D,while the observation group was treated with calcium D combined with Migu Capsule.The treatment time lasted 3 months. Results After treatment,the total effective rates was 90.63% in the observation group versus 75.00% in the control group,there was significant difference between the 2 groups( P <0.05).The improving integral of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than the control group ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the SF-36 scores of the observation group was statistically increased( P <0.05).During the medication,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the 2 groups. Conclusion Migu capsule has a definite curative effect on aromatase inhibitor-associated musculoskeletal symptoms.
