摘要
目的 比较分析异丙酚与右美托咪定在脑胶质瘤切除术中的脑保护效应。方法 选择进行脑胶质瘤切除术治疗的79例患者,随机分为两组。对照组实施异丙酚复合麻醉,观察组实施右美托咪定复合麻醉。比较两组的气管插管拔除时间以及苏醒时间;并检测不同时间点的血清S100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、一氧化氮合酶(IN0S)以及磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(PI3K)水平。结果 观察组的气管插管拔除时间以及苏醒时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组T2、T3、T4时间点的血清iNOS、PI3K、S100β蛋白及NSE水平均明显高于T0时间点(P<0.05),观察组T3、T4时间点的血清iNOS、PI3K、S100β蛋白及NSE水平均明显低于对照组相应时间点的(P<0.05)。结论 右美托咪定在脑胶质瘤切除术中的临床麻醉效果明显优于异丙酚,可以有效减少脑组织损伤,发挥保护脑组织效应。
Objective To investigate the brain-sparing effect of propofol and dexmedetomidin in the resection of glioma. Methods Selected 79 cases of patients with the resection of glioma who were treated,divided into 2 groups randomly.The control group was anaesthetized with propofol,and the observation group performed dexmedetomidine compound anesthesia.The extraction time of tracheal intubation and the recovery time of the 2 groups were compared,and the serum S100 beta protein,iNOS,PI3K,NSEof different points was detected. Results The extraction time of tracheal intubation and the awakening time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;The serum iNOS,PI3K,S100 beta protein and NSE levels of the 2 groups at T2,T3 and T4 time points were significantly higher than those of T0;The serum levels of P <0.05,beta,beta and protein were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine is better than propofol in glioma resection.It can effectively reduce brain tissue damage and protect brain tissue.
