化学发光免疫法检验原发性肝癌肿瘤生物标志物的应用价值研究

Chemiluminescence Immunoassay in the Detection of Tumor Biomarkers of Primary Liver Cancer

目的 探究化学发光免疫法(CLIA)检验原发性肝癌肿瘤生物标志物的应用效果及价值。方法 择取400例原发性肝癌患者临床资料进行分析,设为研究组,并取同期健康体检正常者400例设作对照组,均行CLIA对肿瘤生物标志物予以测定,比较两组检测水平及阳性率。结果 研究组CA19-9(50.32±9.58)IU/ml、AFP(152.39±144.11)ng/ml等肿瘤标志物水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);研究组CA19-9、AFP、CEA、GGT检出阳性率分别为65.00%、48.75%、55.00%、80.00%,与对照组相比均较高(P<0.05);研究组四项指标联合检测阳性率为87.50%,较单独检测阳性率高(P<0.05)。结论 原发性肝癌患者肿瘤标志物各指标水平均高于健康人群,且联合检测阳性率较单独指标检测阳性率高,可推广应用于临床。

Objective To explore the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) in the detection of tumor biomarkers of primary liver cancer. Methods The clinical data of 400 patients with primary liver cancer were analyzed and set as the study group.Another 400 healthypeople who had received physical examinations in the Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent CLIA to determine the tumor biomarkers.The levels and positive rate of detection in the 2 groups were compared. Results The tumor markers such as CA19-9 and AFPin the study group,which were respectively (50.32±9.58) IU/ml and (152.39±144.11)ng/ml,were shown to be significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05) The positive detectable rates of CA19-9,AFP,CEA and GGT in the study group were respectively 65.00 %,48.75%,55.00% and 80.00%,all shown to be higher than the control group ( P <0.05).The detectable rate for 4 indexes combined in the study group was 87.50%,higher than that for single index ( P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of tumor markers in patients with primary liver cancer are higher than those in healthy people,and the positive detectable rate of indexes combined is higher than that of single index,which is worthwhile to be widely used in clinical application.
