基于移动GIS的逾期临建调研方法研究与实现

Research and Realization of Overdue Temporary Construction Survey Method Based on Mobile GIS

在2017年~2020年期间,北京市全市范围内将开展“疏解整治促提升”专项行动,北京市急需对逾期临建现象进行全面调查分析,形成治理措施,促进城市建设和社会健康发展。本文介绍了逾期临建调研具体内容,从实际需求出发,研究制定了一套基于移动GIS的逾期临建调研技术方法,并在北京市城六区逾期临建调研工作中发挥了重要作用,为今后相关工作的实施和管理提供一定的技术参考。

During the period from 2017 to 2020,the special campaign of"dredge and renovate to promotion"will be carried out throughout Beijing.The city is in urgent need of a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the overdue temporary construction,the formation of governance measures to promote urban construction and social healthy development.This paper introduces the specific contents of the overdue temporary construction survey,and based on the actual needs,studies and develops a set of technical methods for the overdue temporary construction survey based on mobile GIS,and plays an important role in the overdue temporary construction survey in the six central districts of Beijing,providing certain technical reference for the implementation and management of related work in the future.
