摘要
研究利用地理信息、物联网、移动通信、大数据分析等关键技术建立危旧房信息化实时动态监管体系,实现对危旧房的排查、举报、鉴定、巡查、监测、整改、解危、拆除等全生命周期管理。有效转变以往被动式的危房管理模式,拓宽管理渠道,推动全民参与监督,提高危旧房管理的高效性和科学性。
In order to realize the whole lifecycle management of dilapidated buildings,this paper researches and develops a system of information real-time dynamic regulatory system by using advanced technology,such as geographic information technology,Internet of Things(IoT)technology,mobile communications technology and the analysis of big data technology.This whole lifecycle management of dilapidated buildings includes the investigation,reporting,identification,inspection,monitoring,rectification,and crisis relief of dilapidated buildings.This research would effectively change the situation in the past that the passive management mode of dilapidated buildings was the most widely adopted.It helps to broaden the management channels,promote the participation of the public in supervision,and improve the efficiency and scientificity of the management of dilapidated buildings.
