建筑物沉降观测的关键技术与数据分析——以碧桂园凤凰城建筑物沉降观测为例

Key Technology and Data Analysis of Building Settlement Observation——Taking the Settlement Observation of Phoenix Building in Biguiyuan as an Example

随着经济建设的高速发展,建筑物沉降观测的必要性和重要性愈加明显。建筑物沉降观测是保证建筑物正常使用和安全性的必要措施。本文对建筑物沉降观测的关键技术和观测数据的处理与分析进行了介绍,并以碧桂园凤凰城项目建筑物沉降观测为例,提出了一种沉降观测方案及结果分析方法,得到了比较可靠的建筑物沉降观测数据,有效地检验了建筑物沉降观测方法和结果的合理性,可为其他高层建筑物沉降观测提供理论和实践参考。

With the rapid development of economic construction,the necessity and importance of building settlement observation become more and more obvious.Building settlement observation is a necessary measure to ensure the normal use and safety of buildings.In this paper,the key technology of building settlement observation and the processing and analysis of observation data are introduced.Taking the building settlement observation of Biguiyuan Phoenix City Project as an example,a settlement observation scheme and result analysis method are proposed.The more reliable observation data of building settlement are obtained,and the rationality of the method and result of building settlement observation is validated effectively,which is higher than other methods.The settlement observation of storey buildings can improve the theoretical and practical reference.
