坚持“预防为主、综合防治”植保方针,树立“科学植保、公共植保、绿色植保”理念,以推进绿色防控和专业化统防统治为重点,强化重大病虫监测预警,推广生态调控、物理控害、生物防治为主要的绿色防控技术,大力提升农药利用率和病虫害防控水平,为深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革、助推农业“五大行动”提供有力支撑和坚实保障。

Adhering to the principle of "putting prevention first, integrated control", establishing the concept of "scientific plant protection, public plant protection and green plant protection", focusing on promoting green prevention and control and specialized integrated control, strengthening the monitoring and early warning of major diseases and pests, popularizing the green prevention and control technologies with ecological control, physical control and biological control as the main ones, and vigorously improving the utilization rate of pesticides and the level of pest prevention and control. It provides strong support and solid guarantee to push forward the structural reform of agricultural supply side and push forward the "five actions" of agriculture.
