基于GTM方法的高模量沥青混合料设计研究

Research on Design of High Modulus Asphalt Mixture Based on GTM Method

高模量沥青混合料能够有效提升沥青路面的结构承载能力和抗车辙性能,是实现长寿命路面的重要技术途径,技术辐射性强,工程应用价值显著。文章借鉴法国高模量技术理念,以掺加高模量改性剂为技术途径,采用GTM(Gyratory Testing Machine)方法对AC-20C型高模量混合料的组成设计进行试验研究,并验证其在不同改性剂掺量下的路用性能和动态模量等技术指标,为工程推广应用提供依据。

High modulus asphalt mixture can effectively improve the structural bearing capacity and rutting resistance of asphalt pavement,thus it is an important technical way to realize long-life pavement,and its technology has strong radiation,with significant engineering application value.Based on French high modulus technology concept,with adding the high modulus modifier as the technical method,this article uses the GTM(Gyratory Testing Machine)method to test the composition design of AC-20C high modulus mixture,and verifies its technical indicators such as road performance and dynamic modulus under different modifier dosages,thus providing the basis for engineering application.
