超宽多榀后支点挂篮预压技术研究

摘要 悬臂浇筑工艺中挂篮常用的预压方式根据力的加载形式可分为均布力加载和集中力加载。无论是何种加载方式,凡是能较好模拟实际浇筑情况,合理地检测挂篮受力性能、消除非弹性变形并测量出阶段立模所需数据的预压方式,均是可以推荐采用的。文章以梧州市扶典口西江特大桥1 #桥为依托工程,介绍了一种利用承台双壁钢围堰反拉挂篮的创新预压方式,并通过有限元计算与观测数据分析,验证了该预压方式应用于超宽多榀后支点挂篮预压施工是可行的。 The preloading methods commonly used in hanging baskets in the cantilever casting process can be divided into uniform loading and concentrated loading according to the loading form of the force.Regardless of the loading method,any preloading method that can better simulate the actual pouring situation,reasonably detect the force performance of hanging basket,eliminate the inelastic deformation and measure the data required for the stage vertical mold can be recommended for use.Based on the 1 # bridge project of Xijiang Super-large Bridge in Fudiankou,Wuzhou City,this article introduces an innovative preloading method that uses the platform double-wall steel cofferdam for back-pull of hanging basket,and verifies that this preloading method is applicable to super-wide and multi-turn rear-fulcrum hanging basket preloading construction by finite element calculation and observation data analysis.
