摘要
文章针对网约车需求高峰期“打车难”的问题,按照大数据可视化分析的工作路径,以某网约车企业的运营数据为例,利用PMT软件对数据进行处理,分析网约车出行需求的特征,最终发现网约车需求在不同时段、地域上存在的差异。这些结论有助于网约车企业在进行车辆资源调度时做出更合理的调度决策,从而最大程度地满足客户需求。
Regarding the problem of “difficulty in taxiing”during the peak demand period of car-hailing service,according to the working path of big data visualization analysis,with the operation data of a car-hailing service enterprise as the example,and after the data processing by PMT software,this article analyzes the characteristics of hailing car travel demand,and finally finds the difference of hailing car demand in different time periods and regions.These conclusions can help the car-hailing enterprises to make more reasonable scheduling decisions when scheduling the vehicle resources,so as to meet customer needs to the greatest extent.
