民办高校核心竞争力构建路径研究——以西安翻译学院为例

A Research on the Construction Path of Core Competitiveness of Non-governmental Colleges and Universities

在分析民办高校的发展现状及存在问题的基础上,以核心竞争力理论寻求民办高校发展瓶颈的突破,分析民办高校核心能力与核心竞争力的影响因素,提出民办高校核心竞争力体系构架,并以西安翻译学院为例,提出西安翻译学院核心能力与核心竞争力培养路径,以期为西安翻译学院的轻型发展为“双一流”建设及促进同类民办高校的高质量发展提供借鉴。

On the basis of the present situation and existing problems in the development of non-governmental colleges and universities,this paper adopts the theory of core competitiveness to analyze the influence factors and the structure for non-governmental institutions in the hope of a breakthrough in its construction path.As a case study of Xi'an Fanyi University,the paper proposed a construction path in core capability and core competitiveness to contribute to the development of this university,and to provide certain reference for the other non-governmental institutions.
