基于云理论的鱼水雷装备修理能力评估方法

Research on Evaluation Method about Maintenance Ability of Torpedo and Mine Equipment Based on Cloud Theory

提出了基于云理论的鱼水雷装备修理能力评估方法,建立修理能力评估指标体系,阐述各指标云模型评价过程,采用加权云重心法构建能力评估综合云,实现评估中定性指标和定量指标的互相转换,得出评估结果。应用实例表明,本文提出的评估方法对模糊性和随机性进行了有效集成,简单易行,可操作性强,具备较好的实用价值。

This paper put forward an evaluation method based on cloud theory. Firstly, the evaluation index system was established;Secondly, the evaluation process of each index of the cloud model was described;Lastly, the synthetic evaluation cloud was conducted by the means of weighted cloud center. The results of a real example show that the evaluation method raised in this paper integrates the fuzzy and stochastic, realizes the exchange of quantitative index and qualitative index, and is simple, feasible, and is of good application value.
