定向培养师范生新规对升学意向的影响研究——基于广东初中毕业生的问卷调查

摘要 采用描述统计、方差分析、多元统计分析、卡方检验等分析方法,就定向培养师范生新规对广东初中毕业生升学意向的影响因素及影响情况进行剖析,指出公费师范生质量提升的着力点,提出对该新规针对性、建设性的改进建议,旨在为广东定向师范生招收优质生源提供参考意见,推动广东培养定向师范生工作的健康发展,为广东教育改革助力。 By applying analysis methods of descriptive statistics,variance analysis,multivariate statistical analysis and card square test,this paper analyzes the influencing factors as well as the influence of the new rules in oriented training of normal university students on the intention of middle school graduates in Guangdong to further study,points out the key points in improving the quality of public-funded normal university students,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the new rules. The aim is to provide reference for the recruitment of high quality students,to promote the development of targeted normal university students in Guangdong,to respond positively to General Secretary Xi’s policy of "building an educational powerhouse is the basic project in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation",and to promote the development of education in Guangdong.
