硫酸沙丁胺醇与茶碱控释片治疗老年哮喘效果分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Salbutamol Sulfate and Theophylline Controlled Release Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Asthma

目的观察硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入与茶碱控释片治疗老年哮喘的临床价值。方法随机将我院急诊科2017年6月-2018年6月收治的116例老年哮喘患者分为两组,每组58例。对照组行硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行茶碱控释片治疗。结果(1)观察组总有效率(96.55%)明显高于对照组(75.86%),差异显著(P <0.05);(2)观察组肺功能指标明显优于对照组(P <0.05),但两组不良反应情况差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合茶碱控释片治疗老年哮喘患者效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical value of aerosol inhalation of salbutamol sulfate and theophylline controlled release tablets in the treatment of elderly asthma. Methods 116 elderly patients with asthma who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 58 in each group. The control group was treated with salbutamol sulfate, and the observation group was treated with the basic ascending tablet in the control group. Results(1) The total effective rate of the observation group(96.55%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.86%), and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(2) The lung function index of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline controlled release tablets for emergency treatment of elderly asthma patients is effective.
