快速康复外科在肝胆外科手术患者护理中的应用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in the Nursing of Patients With Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的探讨快速康复外科在肝胆外科手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法研究对象来自于2018年1-12月于我院肝胆外科进行微创腹腔镜手术的患者,共计130例。130例研究对象以随机数表法进行分组,分为对照组与研究组各65例。对照组采取常规肝胆外科手术临床护理措施,研究组采用快速康复外科理念进行围术期临床护理。评价两组术中与术后情况、术后并发症情况,以及护理满意度。结果两组术后排气时间、首次排便时间、离床活动时间、住院时间对比中,研究组均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组术后并发症情况对比中,研究组3.08%低于对照组13.85%(P <0.05)。研究组护理满意率100.00%高于对照组87.69%(P <0.05)。结论快速康复外科在肝胆外科手术患者护理中具有显著的应用效果,适于临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients with hepatobiliary surgery. Methods The study subjects were from 130 patients who underwent minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January to December 2018.130 subjects were grouped by random number table method and divided into 65 cases in the control group and the study group. The control group received routine nursing measures for routine hepatobiliary surgery, and the study group used perioperative clinical care with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions,postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results In the comparison of postoperative deflation time, first defecation time, bedtime activity time and hospitalization time, the study group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05). In the comparison of postoperative complications between the two groups, 3.08% of the study group was13.85% lower than the control group(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00% higher than that of the control group(87.69%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery has a significant application effect in the nursing of patients with hepatobiliary surgery and is suitable for clinical promotion.
