个体化口腔护理在舌癌术后患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Individualized Oral Care in Patients With Tongue Cancer After Operation

目的对个体化口腔护理在舌癌术后患者中的效果进行探究。方法以2016年1月-2018年8月为研究时限,从我院随机抽取60例舌癌根治术后患者为研究对象,根据电脑随机法将其分为对照组、研究组,均30例,对照组予以常规口腔护理,研究组在此基础上加入个性化口腔护理,比较两组护理效果,包括口腔舒适度优良率、并发症、护理满意度等指标。结果护理后,研究组口腔舒适度优良率(100.00%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P <0.05);研究组并发症发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(33.33%)(P <0.05);研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对舌癌术后患者予以个性化口腔护理,有助于提高患者口腔舒适度,减少并发症,满足其护理需求,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized oral care in patients with tongue cancer after operation. Methods From January 2016 to August 2018, 60 patients with tongue cancer after radical operation were randomly selected from our hospital. According to the computer random method, they were divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine oral care. On this basis,the study group was given personalized oral care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, including the excellent rate of oral comfort and complications. Nursing satisfaction and other indicators were compared. Results After nursing, the excellent and good rate of oral comfort in the study group(100.00%) was higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P < 0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group(10.00%) was lower than that in the control group(33.33%)(P < 0.05);and the nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Personalized oral care for patients with tongue cancer after operation is helpful to improve their oral comfort, reduce complications and meet their nursing needs. It is worth popularizing.
