摘要
目的探究在手术室护理工作中护理风险应急预案的实践效果。方法本次研究中的观察对象均为本院接收的2017年5月-2018年5月的手术患者,100例患者依据护理措施分为两组,对照组与观察组分别接受常规护理工作和联合护理风险应急预案。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组患者的护理差错发生率、护理纠纷事件发生率均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论护理风险应急预案应用于手术室护理工作当中,对护理差错和纠纷事件均有预防作用。
Objective To explore the practical effect of nursing risk emergency plan in operating room nursing. Methods The observation objects in this study were all surgical patients from May 2017 to May2018 received by our hospital. 100 patients were divided into two groups according to nursing measures. The control group and the observation group received routine nursing work and joint nursing risk emergency plan respectively. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing errors and nursing disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing risk plan can prevent nursing errors and disputes when applied to nursing work in operating room.
